The Indian Coast Guard has made a recruitment announcement for the 01/2023 Navik DB (Domestic Branch) positions. As one of the most prominent positions, applying individuals who wish to join and be a part of the Indian Coast Guard shouldn’t pass up this opportunity. The ICG has announced a total of 40 openings for the position. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

  • PFT will be conducted for all those who qualify for the written tests.
  • The testing procedure will take about 2 days.

The PFT will consist as under:-

  • 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
  • 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
  • 10 Pushups.

Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. Candidates who qualify for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will only be required to undergo Initial recruitment medical examination at the respective recruitment Centres or any other place as decided by the Indian Coast Guard.
