NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year for the selection of the candidates into the Indian armed forces as on Officers post. ### Exam Pattern of NDA:-

This is maybe the first competitive exam of all the candidates who appear for the NDA exam. All the candidates who appear for the NDA exams are 12th passed or appearing on the 12th. they don’t have any Idea regarding the paper pattern or exam pattern of competitive exams. here in this exam, you would be given all the objective questions only and you have to tick the correct answer. let’s look at the pattern:-

The Question Paper of NDA will be given in two parts:-

Part-I  In this paper you will be given 120 questions of mathematics. In order to qualify for the Next paper, you have to tick a minimum of 40 correct answers.

• Max marks 300.
• Time duration 2.5hrs
• Negative marking 0.83 for each wrong answer.

Part-II  This paper is named GAT and In this paper, you will give 50 questions of English and 100 questions from GS.

• Max mars 600.
• Time duration 2.5hrs
• Negative marking 1.33 for each wrong answer

NOTE- Candidates will be given 45min  rest time between Part I and Part II paper. you have to pass in both the papers individually.

Now the parts come to GS General Science,  in this section, you will be asked from the History, civics, Indian Polity, Geography, physics, chemistry, biology, etc.
There is no particular syllabus for the History, civics, and Geography, you have to cover all the syllabus of History, you can buy the books from the market for the GS part.

All the syllabus you have to cover to get the good marks. But most of them try to cover all the syllabus and failed their exams because of pressure and overload of Syllabus. If you are from the science side prepare Physics, chemistry, biology, etc. and them as good as you can. so that you could attend maximum questions If you love to study Arts choose History, civics, and geography, etc. this is the best way to prepare for the exam.
