To join the NDA, candidates must appear for the NDA entrance examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam consists of a written test followed by an interview and a medical examination.

10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES):

The 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme is another opportunity for candidates who have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Basic Eligibility Criteria to Join IMA:

IMA Selection Process:

The selection process for the Indian Military Academy consists of the following stages. But the Selection process for NDA is a bit different as compared to the TES 10+2 examination.

First Stage of Selection:

NDA Entry:

Once you are done with the Application Form. The NDA conducts the Written Exam to shortlist the candidates for the SSB Interview. Candidates need to qualify for a written examination conducted by the UPSC. The written exam covers subjects like English, General Knowledge, and Mathematics.

TES 10+2 Entry:
