Agniveer Airforce Salary for 1st Year
Those who will be inducted into the Indian Airforce will get the following salary package in the first year of their service. The table below explains all the figures in detail. The monthly salary will be Rs. 30,000/- and out of that, the in-hand monthly salary will be Rs. 21,000/- per month.

Agniveer Airforce Salary for 2nd Year
After this when the candidates complete 2 years of service as agniveers. They will get the following benefits. Their monthly salary will increase by Rs. 3000/- and will be Rs. 33000/- per month.

Agniveer Airforce Salary for 3rd Year
After completion of two years, the candidates are given an increment of Rs.3500/- in the third year. The salary for the third year will be Rs.36,500/- per month. The in-hand salary of the agniveers in the Indian Air Force will be Rs. 25,580/- per month.

Provident Fund & Gratuity Benefits
- Agniveers will not be required to contribute to any Provident Fund of the Government.
- There shall be no entitlement of gratuity and no pensionary benefits in the case of Agniveers.
- The ‘Seva Nidhi’ package will be exempt from Income Tax.
Agniveer Seva Nidhi
After the completion of 4 years, the agniveers will be released from their services. After the completion of the services, they will be given a Seva Nidhi package of Rs. 11.71 lakhs that will include interest accumulated on the above amount as per the applicable interest rates would also be paid). Every month 30% of monthly emoluments will be contributed by individuals and an equal amount will be contributed by the Government.
Airforce Agniveer Salary – Life Insurance Cover
The air force agniveer will get a life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lakhs with additional Ex. Gratia of Rs. 44 lakh for death attributable to service.
