World Environment Day
World celebrates World Environment Day every year on 5th June. The aim of this day is to raise awareness for conservation and preservation of nature. In 21st century world facing major setback because of unfriendly eco-development therefore there is need to give education to our upcoming generation so that they and also, we create a beautiful suitable world for living.
Theme of this year is ‘Reimagine. Recreate. Restore.’
First time it was observed in 1974, 47 years ago. In 1972 it was established by the Untied Nations Organization. 2020 theme was ‘Time for Nature.’
China creates Combined Air Defence System along Line of Actual Control (L.A.C)
In the Line of Actual Control, China has created the Combined Air Defence System. Chinese PLA (Public Liberation Army) strengthen their presence in western border which is major threat for Indian Army. In this Combined system China’s Army and Air Force working together for making advantage from any upcoming adverse situation. From this base their main objective is to gather intelligence input & exercise participation.
Line of Actual Control:
It is a notional demarcation line which separates India-China from their controlled territory after the war oof 1962.
