ADMIT CARD OUT FOR STAGE II OF INDIAN COAST GUARD

Indian Coast Guard has released the admit card for Coast Guard Yantrik/          Navik paper II. The admit card is available on the official site of Indian Coast Guard.

A merit list is prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the computer based examination. Accordingly, the e-admit cards are issued based on the number of vacancies as stated by the Indian Coast Guard.

The e- admit cards are to generated only when you are to provide the additional documents to the Indian Coast Guard via the official site of ICG. Your stage II examination would be for a duration of 1 to 2 days.

Talking about the admit cards, I shall also provide you with the details of stage II examination. The stage II examination is a one way test – either you pass or you fail. There’s no in between i.e. there is no such thing as a doubtful case.

 I-PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST(PFT)

At first you will have to for a physical Fitness Test. For the physical test you should be in possession of your sports rig. One point that has to be borne in mind is that the tests are to be performed and qualified in a continuous fashion. No break is provided in between the tests.

As for the physical standards you are required to perform the following mentioned tasks:

  • A run of 1.6 km in the given time limit of 7 minutes.
  • 20 squats
  • 10 push-ups

II-DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

The next stage is document verification. Here are the documents you need to carry for your stage II examination.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING STAGE II

Documents to be uploaded if shortlisted for Stage II :If the candidate is shortlisted for Stage II of the recruitment procedure, then he will be required to upload following certificates as per the post applied:-

  1. All Candidates
    1. Formula for conversion of CGPA/ Grade into percentage for class 10,if applicable
    1. NOC from Govt Organization if the candidate is employed
    1. Additional mark sheet for class 10 (if applicable)
  2. Navik (GD) candidates:
    1. Formula for conversion of CGPA/ Grade into percentage for class 12 (if applicable)
    1. Additional marksheet for class 12 (if applicable)
  3. Yantrik candidates
    1. Formula for conversion of CGPA/ Grade into percentage for class 12 (if applicable)
    1. Additional marksheet for class 12 (if applicable)
    1. Marksheet of all years/ semesters of diploma
    1. Formula for conversion of CGPA/ Grade into percentage for diploma
    1. Diploma Passing Certificate.

List of Optional documents to be uploaded by candidates if shortlisted for stage-II:

  1. Sports Certificate as per proficiency/achievement with respect to selected game
  2. Death Certificate of deceased Coast Guard personnel (if the candidate is ward of CG personnel) whose death is not attributable to service, if applicable
  3. Death Certificate of deceased Coast Guard personnel (if the candidate is ward of CG personnel) whose death is attributable to service, if applicable
  4. NCC Certificate (‘A’/ ‘B’/ ‘C’), if applicable.

MEDICAL TEST

At last you have to undergo medical tests. You may be marked as a temporarily or permanently unfit candidate. In case of you are marked as permanently unfit, the appeal has to be filed within 21 days.

And in case, you are marked as  of temporarily unfit ,the appeal has to be filed within 42 days.
