Indian Navy New Chief Admiral Dines Kumar Tripathi, Know Everything About him
New Chief of Naval Staff: Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, who is really good at communication and electronic warfare, became the 26th Chief of the Navy in New Delhi on Tuesday. He took over after the last boss, R Hari Kumar, retired. Admiral Tripathi used to be the Vice Chief of the Navy before he became the big boss. He went to Sainik School Rewa. Admiral Tripathi was born on May 15, 1964, and he started working in the executive branch of the Indian Navy on July 1, 1985. He’s really good at communication and electronic warfare, and he’s been doing it for almost 39 years.

Before becoming the Vice Chief of the Navy, Admiral Tripathi was in charge of the Western Naval Command as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief.
Admiral Tripathi has led Indian Naval Ships Vinash, Kirch, and Trishul. He’s also done important jobs like being in charge of fleet operations for the Western Fleet, directing naval operations, leading network-centric operations, and making naval plans. He was also in charge of the eastern fleet when he was a Rear Admiral. Plus, he was the big boss at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala.
Admiral Tripathi graduated from the National Defence Academy in Khadakwasla. He’s completed courses at places like the Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, the Naval Higher Command Course in Karanja, and the Naval Command College in the United States. He’s been given special honors like the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) and Nau Sena Medal (NM).
Admiral Hari Kumar retired after being in the Navy for forty years, which is the normal time for retirement.
