- Candidate must have physics and mathematics in 10+2.

- Candidate must have 60% marks in PCM in 12th board.

Eligibility criteria of CDS:
- Only graduates can apply for this.
- Candidate must have physics and mathematics in 10+2.
- Candidate must have done graduation in any streams from any recognized Institute.
- if you are in a final year or semester, you can apply.
Age Limit for the CDS:
- The age of the candidates must be between 19 to 24 yrs old.
- There is no relaxation has been given to any caste or any religion.

10+2 Technical Entry scheme:-
Candidates who have qualified 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to apply for the commission under the 10+2(TES). and for the further detail you can click on the given link below:
Eligibility Criteria for 10+2:-
- You can apply for this entry after 12th.
- You must have physics and mathematics with a minimum of 70% marks.
- There is no written exam for this entry.
You will directly be called for the SSB Interview, The shortlisting of the candidate will be based on the 12th marks.
How to Apply for TES 10+2 and Selection Process of TES
Technical Graduates Entry:
Eligibility Criteria:
- You can apply for this entry after graduation.
- Candidate must have done BE or B.tech degree in any respected field.
- This entry only for technical graduates.
- Age limit: 19 to 25 years.
NCC Special Entry:
This entry is only for the candidates who have NCC ‘C’ certificate with a minimum’ B’ grade. They can apply for this special entry. In this entry, You do not have to appear for the written test, Candidates will be directly called for the SSB Interview. You can apply for this entry after the 12th or Graduation. If you have done NCC Junior Wings you can apply after 12th. NCC senior wings, You can apply for this after the graduation.
Eligibility:
- For the junior wings: You must have done 12th with minimum 60 % marks.
- Age limit: 16 to 19 years old.
- For the Senior Wings: You must have done graduation in any field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Age limit: 19 to 24 years old.
Special Commissioned Officer:
This entry is especially for the soldiers who are already in the Service and working as a JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) or Soldiers. You can apply for this entry for the Commissioned officers in the Indian Army.
Eligibility:
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% marks.
The Candidate will have to appear for the SSB interview and if they qualify the interview, they will appear for the Medical checks as per the Army officers’ standards. Once they clear this they will be granted the commissioned officer post in the Indian Amry.
Judge advocate general entry:
This is a different entry then all other entries of the India Army. This Army Lawyer entry, after this you will become Lawyer in the Indian Army which comes under the Commissioned Indian Army Officers post.
Eligibility:
- Candidate must be law graduates from any Bar council of India recognized institute.
- Age Limit: The age of the candidate must be between 21 to 27 years old.
