Eligibility of CAPF 2020:-

- Candidate must be the citizen of India.
- Both Male and females are eligible to apply for this.
- A candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any field from any Recognized Institute/University.
- Candidate appearing in the final year of Degree program are eligible to apply.
The eligibility criteria are very simple as it seems like, you do not need any extra certificate or diploma to apply for this. You just have a normal bachelor’s degree in any stream like B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.

Age Limit for CAPF 2020:-
The age limit of the candidate always matters on the types of the exam you are appearing. The age limit for the CPF (Central Police Force) are:-
- The Age of the candidate must be between 20-25 yrs old.
- A candidate should be less than 20 yrs old and should not be more than 25 years old.
- Age relaxations:-
- There is also some age relaxation has been given to special categories like OBC and SC/ST.
- 5 years age relaxation has been given to the SC/ST.
- 3 years of age relaxations have been given to the OBC.
- 5 years of age relaxation has been given to the Government Civil Servant.
- Some age relaxation has been also given to the Jammu & Kashmir peoples.

The selection process of CAPF 2020:-
The selection process of the CAPF is in four phases and it is important to clear in each part of the exam. The four parts of the CAPF exams are:-
- Written test (Conducted by the UPSC)
- Physical test and Physical efficiency test.
- Interview
- AIR (Merit list)
It is mandatory to clear all phases of the exam in order to pass the paper. If the candidate passed in all the written tests, Physical tests, and interviews but could clear the Final Merit list. you will be disqualified.
Exam date of CPF 2020:-
Date of CAPF exam 2020- The notification of the CPF 2020 has not been released yet, here are the few important dates, which you should remember:-
- The Notification for the CPF 2020 will be released on 22 April 2020.
- The online application will begin on 22 April 2020.
- Last date for applying Online 22 May 2020.
- The Exam of CAPF will be held on 09 August 2020.
- You can download your admit card from 31st July 2020.
There are around 400 vacancies in the CAPF exam, through this exam the candidate can go in BSF (Border Security Force), CRPF (central reserve police force), CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) and SSB (Sashastra Seema Bal). the Union public service is a union Body which conducts this exam.
You can apply for this exam through online only while applying online you will need some scanned documents like;-
- High school mark sheet
- Intermediate mark sheet
- bachelor’s degree (if have)
- Aadhaar card
- Caste certificate if you are OBC or SC/ST
- Scanned passport size photo.
- Your Scanned signature.
These are the important documents that you must have while applying online. You just have to upload the scanned copy of these documents and for the thumb impression, do the thumb Impression on the white paper and scan, save this to your computer or laptop as JPEG file. while Applying Online, there are some criteria for Uploading documents, the documents should not be in “MB” that must be in “kb”. this will be given on the screen, read the. instruction properly before applying online. a minor can cause rejection of application form.
