Women Special Entry Scheme (WSES) For Army

There are two types of entries, including Short Service Commission through CDSE and WSES.

Short Service Commission through CDSE

  • Age: For war widows – Age Relaxation 4 years
  • Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/LLB Engineering
  • Selection mode: Candidates are required to qualify CDSE exam by UPSC and SSB interview
  • When to apply: April / September

Women Special Entry Scheme

  • Age: 19 – 27 years
  • Qualification: Graduate with minimum 50%
  • Selection mode: Candidates are required to qualify SSB Interview
  • When to apply: June / December
Women Special Entry Scheme (WSES) For Air Force

There are three types of fields, including SSC, AFCAT, and TECH.

SSC

  • Age: 19 – 23 years
  • Qualification: Graduate with physics and mathematics in 10 + 2 or B.E. with 4 years course
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify CET by CEP and SSB Interview
  • When to Apply: May / November

AFCAT

  • Age:  20 – 23 years
  • Qualification: Graduate with minimum 60%
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify EKT by CEP and SSB Interview
  • When to Apply: May / November

TECH

  • Age: 18 – 28 years
  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech with 1st Division
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify EKT by CEP and SSB interview
  • When to Apply: May / Nov
Women Special Entry Scheme (WSES) For Navy

There are four types of fields, including Direct Entry, Education Branch, Law Cadre, and Logistic Cadre.

Direct Entry (Navy Architecture)

  • Age: 19½ – 25 years
  • Qualification: BE with minimum 60% marks
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify SSB interview
  • When to Apply: May / November

Education Branch

  • Age: 21 – 25 years
  • Qualification: Master in Physics / Mathematics with minimum of 50% marks
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify SSB interview
  • When to Apply: May / November

Law Cadre

  • Age: 22 – 27 years
  • Qualification: Degree in law with minimum of 55% marks
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify SSB interview
  • When to Apply: May / November

Logistic Cadre

  • Age: 19½ – 25 years
  • Qualification: BA (Eco), BCom, Bsc with minimum 60% marks
  • Selection Mode: Candidates are required to qualify SSB interview
