NDA Selection Process 2020 and Exam Procedure:-

NDA is an Institute that trains the candidates for all the three major forces of the nation. In order to get selection in the NDA one will have to clear the three phases of exam which is conducted by the individuals for the selection in the National defence academy. NDA Selection Process 2020:-

The selection procedure of NDA is very simple, one will have to clear the three phases of exam to get selection in the NDA:-

• Written Exam
• SSB Interview
• Medical Tests

These three phases of exams would be conducted by the three different bodies, The written exam would be conducted by the UPSC (Union Public service Commission) this exam is conducted twice in a year. UPSC is known for conducting the toughest Exam but the NDA exam is so tough to clear but the Written exam syllabus is very broad which can be hard to cover at the same time.

After the SSB interview, Now the candidate have to go through the medical tests, these tests are conducted by the military doctors and your all the body parts would be checked individually. A minor mistake can cause permanent rejection. If the candidate have any problem and that can be corrected, NDA will give you that sufficient time to correct that. This is the NDA selection process for the candidates.

NDA Exam Procedure:-

The exam pattern of NDA-  The paper of NDA would be conducted in two parts, Mathematics and General Ability Test.

Part-I (Mathematics) In this you will be given 120 questions:-

• Max marks 300.
• Time duration 2.5hrs

Part-II In this paper you will be given 50 questions of English and 100 questions from General Science.

• Max mars 600.
• Time duration 2.5hrs

NOTE- Candidates will be given 45 min rest time between part I and part II paper.

NDA Eligibility Criteria:-

The eligibility criteria for the NDA which you have to match while you apply for this. we will discuss the Educational qualification for the NDA 2020:-

• Candidate must have physics and mathematics in 10+2.
• If you are in class 12^th. Then too you can apply.
• Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in PCM in 12th board.
• If you are from the Sainik Schools, you will be given some relaxations.

Required Physical Standard for NDA:-

• Candidate height must be 157cm or more than that.
• Chest expansion should be 5cm or more than that.
• Candidate should do not have knock knee problem.
• Your elbow should not be turn in outer direction for more than 15 degrees.
• Candidate must have proper BMI (Body Mass Index) etc.
• The overweight Candidates will be given time to be fit, you will asked about this in the interview. So, be prepared to answer this.
