Exam syllabus for CDS-II examination:–

For IMA, AFA, and INA the syllabus is the same but for the OTA it is a bit different.

For IMA, INA and AFA syllabus is:-

CDS 1 2020 Notification, Exam Date, Age Criteria and Eligibility

CDS Average Cutoff:-

We will see the average cutoff of CDS in the last five years for all the streams.

CDS cutoff in 2015-
129 for all streams (Candidate who had scored 129 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) this is the overall CDS cutoff in 2015

 CDS cutoff in 2016-
258 for all streams (Candidate who had scored 258 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) this is the overall CDS cutoff in 2016

Cutoff of CDS in 2017
CDS-I – 144 (Candidate who had scored 144 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) CDS-II – 120 (Candidate who had scored 120 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) this is the overall cutoff of CDS in 2017

Cutoffs of CDS in 2018
CDS-I – 225 (Candidate who had scored 225 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) CDS-II – 258 (Candidate who had scored 258 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) this is the overall cutoffs of CDS in 2018

 CDS cutoffs in 2019
CDS-I- 150 (Candidate who had scored 150 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) CDS-II 270 (Candidate who had scored 270 were qualified for all the wings AFA, INA, IMA & OTA) this is the overall CDS cutoffs in 2019

CDS -II is 270 which is highest cutoff yet gone for the CDS, day by Day competition is increasing, you have to prepare for hard for this, I would suggest you after you complete your all syllabus start solving the question paper and manage your time accordingly and appear for the Mock test before you go for the final exam, it can make your preparation little bit better.
