His Early Life and Struggles:-

He was born in a small village of Pratapgarh, U.P. in 1988. Initially, his economic condition was not too good and his parents could not afford a private school, so he persuaded his initial schooling from his village. After that, he shifted to Allahabad city for further education and took admission in Government inter College (GIC) when it used to be a reputed and prestigious college in all over India. He passed his high school and senior secondary schooling with a respectable percentage from GIC Allahabad.
At a very young age, he decided to secure a government job for the betterment of his family. After some time he made his mind to join the Indian Army, and for that, he immersed himself completely in preparations for NDA exams and finally he cleared the NDA written examination. He still cherishes the day he got the call letter from SSB for an Interview. He had all the qualities of a defence officer. His confidence, determination, dynamic personality, and purist soul ensured his recommendation in SSB. He knew that he can, and he proved it to himself, by getting selected. But then he decided not to join the National Defence Academy, as he wanted to pursue a bigger dream. It was shocking for others and nobody could understand this U-turn that he took.
He started a defence coaching institute with the name “Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd.” Now he is an entrepreneur with the revolutionary idea of Defence Education. He is a Great Motivator too and regularly motivates the students so that they can focus on their study and clear the examination.
His Message for the Youth:-
Being a motivational speaker I want to motivate all sections of society, especially students who are appearing in competitive exams because they have a new life ahead, they have to face many twists and turns in life, they need to search inside themselves, they have to synchronize their body with soul, they have to believe that money can’t buy hope, integrity, manners, morals, respect, character, trust, patience and love.
I strongly believe that money is just a part of our wealth as the real wealth is our character, “CHARITRA” as we call it. It defines our real personality and is the major requirement to become a successful person in life. Self-Introspection is the basic key to know know what you are… what you want… and How to improve…!
