There are 2 ways for candidates to become fighter pilots in the Indian Air Force. If you have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects then you can get appointed as Fighter Pilot in Indian Air Force by filling out the National Defence Academy exam application form. Let us tell you that the NDA exam to join the Indian Air Force is conducted by UPSC twice a year. Both male and female candidates can fill out the application form for this exam. Eligibility Criteria to fill NDA Application Form: -To appear in the National Defence Academy exam, the candidates must fulfil the following qualifications.

  • The citizenship of the candidate should be Indian or the candidates of friend’s state of India can fill this application form.
  • Both male and female candidates are equally entitled to fill out the application form.
  • The candidate’s minimum age should be 16.5 and a maximum of 19 years to fill this application form.
  • Candidate must have passed 12th class or it is necessary to appear in 12th class examination.
  • To fill out the application form, candidates need to pass the 12th class from the Science stream.
  • To fill the NDA application form, you must have a minimum of 60% marks in class 12th.Candidates can fill this application form in January-February and September-October.

Medical Standards (for Flying Branch)

  • For flying branch recruitment, some important tests and tests are done under medical standards, which are as follows –

  • The maximum age of the candidate should be 21 years to fill the application form.

National Cadet Corps (NCC Special Entry)
