NDA I 2021 Form :- Notification
The applications for the examination to be held in the year 2021 of the National Defense Academy will be filled from 30 December 2020 to 19 January 2020. This notification must be checked once on the official website of UPSC. Through the NDA examination, the candidate is selected to work for the post of lieutenant in the Army, Air Force and Navy. Here we are providing the complete details regarding the application form of NDA 2021:
- NDA 2021 application form will be made available through online mode.
- Candidates will be able to apply for NDA twice in a year.
- For NDA I, candidates will be able to fill the application form from 30 December 2020 to 19 January 2021.
- For NDA II, the application form will be made available from 9 June 2021 to 29 June 2021.
- Before filling the NDA 2021 application form, candidates should ensure their eligibility.
- Only one application form will be accepted, so candidates should avoid filling multiple forms.
- While filling the application form, candidates should not forget to upload passport size photograph and signature along with the prescribed format and size.
- There will be no need to send any application to UPSC through any offline medium.

- Details required while filling the NDA application form:
- Eligibility statement :- For eligibility, the candidate must keep an ID card and photo and signature scanning in addition to his / her educational certificate.
- Educational Certificate:- Markets and certificates of class X and XII.
- Any one photo ID proof- Aadhaar card, PAN card, photo ID card, driving license, or any other photo ID card which should be issued by the Central / State Government.
- Scanned photocopy and scan copy of photograph and signature.

Candidates should follow the eligibility criteria before applying for NDA 1/2021.
General Qualification (NDA I 2021 Form Out)
- The nationality: An Indian national, Bhutan subject or Nepal category candidate will be eligible for NDA 1/2021.
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India with the intention of settling in India permanently (before 1 January 1962). or
- Persons of Indian origin who are from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African, Burma countries, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zaire, Vietnam or Ethiopia And moved with the intention of permanently settling in India with the united people of Malawi.
- marital status: Candidates must be unmarried to be eligible for NDA 1/2021.
- Gender: Only male category candidates will be eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: To be eligible for the NDA 1/2021 exam, a candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years old.
- NDA I- Candidates applying should be born between 2 July 2002 to 1 July 2005.

Educational Qualifications (NDA I 2021 Form Out)
- For Army Wing or National Defense Academy: Candidates should have passed 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
- For the Air Force and Naval Wing of the NDA at the Indian Naval Academy and for the 10 + 2 Cadet Entry Scheme: Candidates applying should pass 12th with Physics and Mathematics as their compulsory subject for the examination.
