Airforce Rally Bharti Eligibility Criteria:
For the recruitment in the Indian Air force as an Airmen. A candidate will need to apply online.
- All the candidates who have passed class 12th with Physics and mathematics are eligible to apply for this entry.
- The age of the candidate must be between 17 years old to 21 years old.
- There is no relaxation has been given to any caste or community.
- The age requirement and other eligibility criteria will be completely the same for all candidates.
- The age of the candidate will be verified through the High School Marksheet.
- Make sure that your age is the same in the mark sheet as well as in the ID cards like AAdhar Card, Voter ID or Driving License, etc.

Selection Process of Airforce Rally Bharti:
The selection procedure of the Rally Bharti consists of the Three Steps process. The processes are mentioned below:-
- Eligibility Verification.
- Physical Fitness Test.
- Written Examination.
Eligibility Verification:
The original Passing Certificates / Marks Sheets will not be retained by the Selection Centre. The same will be returned to the candidates on completion of detailed verification in step first. In context to the Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) Auto Tech & IAF(P).
Physical Fitness Test:
PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test. To get more details about this, You can click on the link below:
Airforce X and Y Group Physical Eligibility Test Procedure
Written Examination:
All candidates who qualify PFT shall undertake the Written Test on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. The Written Test will be objective type and the question paper shall be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for the English paper. The duration of the exam is 45 minutes and shall comprise English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
Candidates have to compulsorily qualify each of the papers separately. The results of the written test shall be declared on the same day.
Adaptability Test-1:- All candidates who pass the Written Test shall have to undertake Adaptability Test-1 on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions.
Adaptability Test-2:- All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-1 shall undergo Adaptability Test-2 as per policy in vogue.
Airforce Rally Bharti Medical Test:
Candidates who qualify for Adaptability Test -2 shall be medically examined in the month of January 2020 at 4 Air Force Hospital, Kalaikunda. Medical Examination shall be conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and existing policy in vogue. Medical Examination would also include Baseline Investigation of: –
- Blood Haemogram – Hb, TLC, DLC
- Urine RE/ME
- Biochemistry:- (i) Blood Sugar Fasting & PP (ii) Serum Cholesterol.
- Urea, Uric acid, Creatinine
- LFT- Serum Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT
- X-Ray chest (PA view)
- ECG (R)
- Tests for Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance Abuse
- Any other test necessary in the opinion of the Medical Officer.
Candidates are advised to get tartar & stains removed from their teeth before appearing for the medical examination. Ears should be free of wax.
