How To Join CDS?

CDS Full Form

Although, UPSC CDS stands for Union Public Service Commission Combined Defence Services exam. The CDS exam is conducted twice a year for selecting candidates that can be trained to join the Indian Armed Forces. However, the CDS training is conducted in different academies that include:

CDS Eligibility Criteria

Before submitting an online application for the CDS exam, candidates must meet the minimum qualifying requirements. Also, they must meet the age requirements and educational requirements for all academies. If ineligible candidates will apply they might not receive the CDS Admit Card which is the essential document for appearing in the CDS exam.
