Awardees and Winners of Combined Graduate Air force Academy Parade 2021
The training of 175 Flying Cadets for the Flying and Ground Duty branches in the Indian Air Force has been completed. The joint graduation parade concluded on 18 December 2021 at Air Force Academy Dundigal. Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary was present as the reviewing officer in this graduation parade. He presented the President’s Commission to the cadets who had graduated from the Indian Air Force.
28 women are also among the cadets who have completed their professional training in 175 batches of flying and ground duty branches of the Indian Air Force. This shows that now the number of women officers in the Indian Air Force is also increasing. 2 officers of the Indian Navy, 9 officers of the Indian Coast Guard, and 3 cadets from the Indian Flying Branch were awarded their wing positions on the occasion of the parade.

Air Force Academy Parade 2021:-
Air Marshal Manvendra Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Commando, and Air Marshal S Prabhakarhave welcomed the review officers attending this parade of the Indian Air Force. A ceremonial salute was also given to the reviewing officer through the parade. After which a march past was organized. The main part of this parade was the Peeping Ceremony. In which the graduating flying cadets were awarded STRIPES (Air Force Rank) by Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary.
After the parade and papping ceremony, the commandant of the Academy administered the oath to the newly commissioned officers in the presence of Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary and other officers. During the Ceremonial Salute and Antiem Peg, a flying past was done by Chetak helicopters along with Pilatus PC-7 Hawk and Kiran trainer aircraft.
CDS General Bipin Rawat, Smt. Rawat and 12 other officers were to be invited as chief guests in this program. But he was uncertain whether this accident caused the death of General Bipin Rawat and other officers. Due to which Air Force Command could not participate in this parade.

After the Air force Academy Parade ceremony, Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary felicitated flying officers for their excellent performance in various training disciplines.
- Flying Officer Shaswat Bhardwaj, selected as the Flying Officer of the Flying Branch, was awarded the President’s Plaque and the Chief of the Air Staff Talwar (Sword of Honor) for standing first in the Pilot Course.
- Shrikant Mishra, Flying Officer, Navigation Branch was awarded the President’s Plaque for standing first in the Navigation Course.
- Flying Officer Astha was awarded the President’s Plaque for her outstanding performance amongst Ground Duty Officers and standing first in the course.
At the end of the parade, the Reviewing Officer congratulates the new Flying Officer for his outstanding career and outstanding performance in the service of India. In his address, he said that at present, the Indian Air Force has a new system of Rafale, Apache, SAGW systems. In such a situation, where new officers will get the facility, some other challenges will also have to be faced. For this, we congratulate all these officers that they will carry out their new careers flawlessly.
Indian Air Force officers hold a special position in the Indian Air Force. In the passing out parade, new officers are chosen for the security, sovereignty, honour, and defence of the country. Therefore, all the officers attending the ceremony and all the new officers must do their duty.
