Indian Army organizes Rally Bharti every year for the various trade like General Duty, Technical, Nursing Assistant, Clerk and Tradesman. If we talk about the selection process then Indian Army first conducts Race (Running) of 1.6 Km and then select on the basis of that race that’s why it is called Rally Bharti. Districts

All the districts that are included in Varanasi Zone include- Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Ghazipur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Jaunpur & Varanasi. Aspirants from all these districts can be a part of Indian Army via this Rally Bharti.

ARO Varanasi Rally Bharti Important Dates

• Online Registration for Rally Start from- 03 Sep. 2019.
• Last date for Online Registration- 17 Oct. 2019.
• Rally Date:- 01 Nov 2019 to 25 Nov 2019 at Ranbankure Stadium, Army Recruiting Office, Varanasi.
• Admit Cards- Will be sent through registered e-mail from 17 Oct 2019 to 20 Nov 2019.

ARO Varanasi Eligibility Criteria (Trade Wise)

Army has different eligibility criteria for the recruitments of different soldiers. Hence, Once you aspire to be an Army Soldier, the most importantly you have to pass all the qualification processes of the Army. In this, we are always ready to help you.

Rally Bharti for GD/Tech/Nursing Assistant/Clerk/Tradesman:-

Hereby, you can see that, the Rally Bharti Recruitment is done for the posts likely Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical (Aviation), Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerical and Soldier Tradesman.

But the eligibility criteria for the Pharma Trade is a little bit different from the other trades. Firstly, we would look upon all the general points about the eligibility criteria. Consequently, these will be applied to all the other trades except the Pharma Trade. Likewise, as we said that Pharma Trade has different Eligibility, hence we would see towards those as well.

Eligibility Criteria for all the other Trades:-

Age: 17 ½ to 21 years for General Duty and 17 ½ to 23 years for others.

Height: For Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/Inventory Management – 162 cm. For other trades, it is 170 cm. The Height Required for pharma trades is approximately 162, 163, 164, or 165 cm.

Educational qualification: 8^th Pass, 10^th Pass, 12^th Pass

1. Soldier General Duty: 10^th with 45 % marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
2. Soldier Technical: 12^th Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
3. (Aviation) Soldier Technical: 12^th Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. OR Three years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical / Automobile/ Computer Science / Electronics & Instrumentation )
4. Army Soldier Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant Veterinary: 12^th Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. OR In case the candidate has a B.Sc. Degree with (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Science) and English, the stipulation of percentage in Class 12th is waived off. However, the candidate should have studied all the four specified subjects in Class 12th also.
5. Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical: 12^th Pass in any stream with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Should have studied and passed English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class X or Class XII with 50% marks in each subject. Note: Even if Graduate marks in 12th would be applicable towards eligibility.
6. Soldier Tradesman: 10th exam pass (Except Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper who may be 8th pass).

Eligibility Criteria for Pharma Trade:-

Age: 19 to 25 years of age.

Educational qualifications:

• 12^th passed (with Physics, Chem., Bio. & Eng.) and done D Pharma with 55% aggregate.
• Or – B Pharma with an aggregate of 50%.

Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site) For all Trades:-

1. 1.6 km run 
2. 9 Feet Ditch – Need to Qualify
3. Zig-Zag Balance – Need to Qualify

For the running test two groups are divided as such:-

• Group I– Up till 5 Min 30 Sec – 60 Marks
• Group II – 5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec – 48 Marks

Medical Test

• Minimum Height 162 cm for Clerk and 170 cm for all other trades.
• Minimum Chest 77 cm (5 CM expansion), Minimum Weight 50 Kg.
• There will be a detailed medical test, including, blood test, Eye test etc
• Permanent Tattoos are only permitted on the inner face of the forearm that is from inside of elbow to wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back (dorsal) side of the hand.
• Permanent body tattoo on any other part of the body is not acceptable and the candidate will be barred from further screening.
