Before applying for the 51st Technical Entry Scheme, interested candidates need to check and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Here are the eligibility requirements:
Nationality: To apply, a candidate must be an unmarried male and fall into one of the following categories:
- A citizen of India.
- A subject of Bhutan.
- A subject of Nepal.
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of settling in India permanently.
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African countries like Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
