The Selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of the two phases of selection and it is mandatory for the candidate to clear each phase.

- Written Examination
After the venue, A candidate will have to go through eligibility verification and then they will proceed for the Physical Fitness Test and those who will clear the Physical Fitness Test will proceed for the Written Examination and then at last the Medical examination. Physical Fitness Test of Airforce Rally Bharti:

Airforce Rally Bharti Written Exam:
All candidates who qualify PFT shall undertake the Written Test on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. The Written Test will be objective type and question paper shall be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper. The duration of the exam is 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Candidates have to compulsorily qualify each of the papers separately. The results of the written test shall be declared on the same day.
Adaptability Test-1:- All candidates who pass the Written Test shall have to undertake Adaptability Test-1 on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions.
Adaptability Test-2:- All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-1 shall undergo Adaptability Test-2 as per policy in vogue.
