A candidate will have to appear for the Physical Fitness Test, Medical Examination and Common Entrance Examination, etc. the Physical Fitness Test of the Indian Army Soldiers is completely the same. The Physical fitness Test is the toughest part of the selection. A candidate will need to prepare so well for this.

Indian Army Clerk Physical Test:
In the Army Soldier, The fitness matters a lot and you have to prepare for that so well to crack the Army Rally Bharti. The Candidate will appear for the 1.6 km of running which must be completed within 5 min:30 sec. after this, the qualified candidate will appear for the Balancing Beam Test (Under Grip) Minimum 6. and Pushups which would 6 Normal pushups, 9 fit ditch jumps and Zig Zag balance, etc.
- 1.6 km Running to be completed in 5 min 30 sec.
- Balancing Beam (Under Grip ) minimum 6.
- Normal Pushups minimum 6
- 9 Fit Ditch Jumps
- Zig-Zag balance
To appear for this Physical Fitness test, there are some eligibility criteria required to have. Complete detail about the eligibility criteria is given below:
Height and Weight Standards, Male (Weight in Kilograms) Age in Years:
- Chest – Should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.
- Weight – Proportionate to height and age +10% acceptable.
- Height- The height of the candidate should not be less than 157cm.
- The height and weight of the candidate must be a standard condition as per the BMI (Body Mass Index).
- Medical examination will be conducted by authorized military doctors as per the medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to Enrolled Personnel on entry.
- Good mental, medical and physical health, free from any disease/disability, likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties.
- No Cardio-vascular disease, surgical deformities like knock knee, flat feet, etc. infection of ears, no history of any series of diseases.

Note – Applicants declared permanent medically unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital in previous recruitment for the same entry in the Army are advised not to appear for the test.
These are the required eligibility criteria for the Indian Army clerks and after teh Physical Fitness Test, a candidate who would clear this, they will appear for the Medical Examination and then Common Entrance Examination, etc.
Medical Examination of Army Clerks:
The Medical Examination in the Indian Armed forces is very strict and A candidate will be checked very strictly. In the Medical Examination, A candidate’s outer body parts, as well as Inner body organs, will be checked like:
- Liver
- Heart
- Kidney
- Urine Test
- Chest X-ray etc.
If any minor problem found, A candidate may get a temporary rejection from the medical board. In the Temporary Rejection, the Medical Board will give some time to correct and appear for a re-medical Examination after that.
If any Major Problem found and that cannot be corrected the Medical Board will reject you permanently and there is no way to get back. A candidate can appeal for the re-medical Examination after the permanent rejection.
