Indian Air Force invites online applications from unmarried male (indian/nepalese) candidates for selection test for intake 02/2019 to join as airmen in group x trades (except education instructor trade) and group y trade {except automobile}. Age Limitation

• Candidates Born Between:-14 July 1998 and 26 June 2002
• Upper Age Limit:-21 years.

Eligibility

For X Group (Technical)

• 10+2 Exam Passed with Math, Physics and English Subject with Minimum 50% Marks.
• OR Passed Three Year Polytechnic Diploma with 50% Marks

For Y Group

• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam Passed with 50% Marks, English 50% Marks .
• OR 2 Year Vocation Course with 50% Marks

Mandatory Medical Standards & Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

• Height :Minimum 152.5 cms
• Chest :Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm.
• Weight :Proportionate to height and age. However, minimum weight of 55 Kg required for Operations Assistant (ATS) Trade only
• Run :1.6 Km In 06 minutes 30 seconds.
• Push-ups :10
• Sit-ups :10
• Squats:20

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of-
