Friends, Colonel Bikumalla Santosh Babu has chosen as Gallantry Awards Mahavir Chakra winner in the year 2021 This award has given posthumously to Colonel Santosh Babu. (Gallantry Awards Winners 2021)
Work for Nation:- Colonel Santosh Babu joined the Indian Army in 2004 and appointed to protect the country in the Galwan Valley Ladakh. He lost his life in an encounter with the Chinese troops on 15 June 2020 in the Galvan Valley. He awarded by the Maha Vir Chakra for this great work shown to prevent enemies from entering the country. Colonel Santosh Babu appointed as the Colonel of the 16 Bihar Regiment.

- Havildar K Palani (Posthumous): -Havildar Palani stationed in the 81st Artillery Regiment.
- Work for Nation:- Havildar K Palani posted in Ladakh Valley of LOC in June 2020. Where on the night of 15–16 June 2020, Chinese soldiers lost their lives and were martyred for the country due to infiltration and encounter by them. Havildar K Palani awarded the Vir Chakra for this great work.
- Hav Tejinder Singh:- Hav Tejinder Singh stationed in the 3 Med Regiment.
- Work for Nation:- Hav Tejinder Singhs posted in Ladakh Valley of LOC in June 2020. Where on the night of 15–16 June 2020, Where the Havildar Tejinder Singh, through his gallantry, prevented the Chinese soldiers from entering the country. Shaurya Chakra Winner 2021

- Major Anuj Sood:- Major Manoj Sood was a soldier of the 12 Guards Regiment.
Work for Nation:- Major Anuj Sood carried out the operation on the commandos of Colonel Ashutosh Sharma to eliminate the terrorists in the village near Handwara and eliminate them and not enter the country. Where they did not allow the terrorists to enter the country and lost their lives in the encounter. - RFN Pranab Jyoti Das:- Pranab Jyoti Das was a soldier of the 6 Assam RIF Regiment.
