Airforce Group X and Y Notification 02/2020 – Indian Air Force has released the airmen notification Group X and Y 02/2020 batch. This application will be filled online by interested and eligible candidates. The online application form is available at www.airmenselection.cdac.in and www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in. Indian Air Force invites unmarried male candidates who should be citizens of India and Nepal and born between 19th July 1999 and 01st July 2003 to join Airman Group X (except Education Instructor) Trades and Group Y (expect IAF (S) & Musician) Trades.

Indian Air Force brings online application form for selection test from 01st July 2019 to 15th July 2019 to join Airmen Group X Trades (except Education Instructor) and Group Y Trades (except Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF (P), IAF (S) and Musician).
Important Dates To Remember
- Online Application Date: 01st July 2019
- Late Date: 15th July 2019
- Online Exam Date: September 2019
- Admit Card Date: August 2019
Note: Result will be declared after 25 days from the date of online exam.
Eligibility Criteria – Airforce Group X and Y Notification 02/2020
Age Limit
- As discussed earlier, candidates born between 19th July 1999 and 01 July 2003 will be eligible.
- If candidates clear all the stages of Selection Procedure, the upper age limit should be 21 years.
Educational Qualification
Group X – Airforce Group X and Y Notification 02/2020
Candidates should be passed Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent exam along with Mathematics, Physics, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or Three years Diploma course in Engineering in any stream from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute along with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma.
Group Y – Airforce Group X and Y Notification 02/2020
Candidates should be passed Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent exam in any stream or subject approved by Central/State Education Boards with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Group Y for Medical Assistant Trade only
Candidates should be passed 10+2/Intermediate/equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Examination Fee – Airforce Group X and Y Notification 02/2020
Examination fee for Airforce Group X and Y 02/2020 is Rs. 250/- which should be paid by the candidates while registering for the online exam. Candidates can make the payment using Debit or Credit Card or Internet Banking. In addition, the payment could be paid by Challan at any Axis Bank Branch.
