Agniveer GD Army Female Entry Salary
The agniveer general duty female soldiers will get the following monetary benefits, as per the government rules.
Agniveer Package
(i) The pay & emoluments of Agniveers will be as given below:-
Year 1. Customized Package – βΉ 30,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 2. Customized Package – βΉ33,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 3. Customized Package – βΉ 36,500/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 4. Customized Package – βΉ 40,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(ii) From the above package, 30% will be compulsorily deposited every month in a corpus which will be matched by the GOI. Balance amount less the corpus contribution will be the in-hand component.
Seva Nidhi Package
Seva Nidhi Package. On discharge at 4 years, the corpus of βΉ5.02 lakhs will be matched by the GOI, and an amount of βΉ10.04 lakhs and accrued interest will be given to the Agniveers.
In the case of Agniveers who are subsequently selected for enrolment in IA as regular cadre, the βSeva Nidhiβ package to be paid to them will comprise only their contribution including accrued interest thereon.
Life Insurance Cover
Agniveer will be provided non-contributory life insurance cover of βΉ48 lakhs for the duration of their engagement period and they will not be eligible for Army Group Insurance Fund (AGIF) Schemes/benefits.
GD Women Military Police Eligibility Criteria
Agniveer (General Duty) Women in the Corps of Military Police must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
Age Limit
The age should be between 17.5 to 23 years. Only for this year age has been extended to 23.
Minimum Physical Requirements
The female candidates must be at least 162 cm. tall and not less than that.
Educational Requirement
Class 10th /Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system, min of βDβ grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or grades with 33% in individual subjects and overall aggregate of βC2β grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.
Age Relaxation is given to the candidates from the northeastern regions like Nagaland, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur, and Assam.
Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)
1.6 Km. Run
Up to 7 min 30 sec – Group 1
Up to 8 min – Group 2
Long Jump 10 feetΒ – need to qualify
High Jump 3 feet – need to qualify
Provisions for Extra Time for 1.6 Km Run in Hilly Terrain is as follows:-
(i) Between 5000 Ft to 9000 Ft β Add 30 Secs to all timings.
(ii) Between 9000 Ft to 12000 Ft – Add 120 Secs to all timings.
