Central Airmen Selection Board (CASB), Nodal body to conduct the airmen selection for IAF has announced the much awaited dates of the online examination result. Result can be viewed on the official website from 21st May 2018.

DEAR CANDIDATES,
RESULT OF STAR PHASE-I OF 01/2018 AND ADMIT CARD FOR PHASE-II TESTING WILL BE UPLOADED IN CANDIDATE’S LOGIN ON 21 MAY 2018. DETAILS OF SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR PHASE-II TESTING WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE UNDER CANDIDATE’S TAB.
Online examination for technical and non-technical trades was conducted by IAF from 3rd to 6th May 2018 across various examination centres of the country in which more than 5 lack students appeared.

Step-I –Candidates are to visit official website i.e. airmenselection.cdac.in
Step-II –They need to log on to their account where they can find result tab where results will be displayed.
Step-III -Simultaneously call letters can also be downloaded for the Phase-II Testing.

Adaptability Test-I
This test is basically test of Situation Reaction where candidates are asked to answer 45 SRT which is objective in nature. Here decision making ability of an individual plays very important role. Keeping this thing in mind MKC has designed SRT classes where candidates are briefed about this test and ensure to make them understand about the various aspects of this test. Classes at MKC are taken by Air Force officers to get maximum selection.
Adaptability Test-II
Adaptability test-2 is the test of Group Discussion where communication skill and interpersonal skill of an candidate is assessed Here the preferred language is English. Team of communication experts at MKC ensures to develop English of individual as well as interpersonal skills in the time bound manner.
