What after Selected in CDS Final Examination?
After passing the CDS exam, candidates become eligible for selection to the respective Indian Armed Forces. The candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which is a five-day process that tests the candidate’s personality, intelligence, and leadership qualities. The SSB interview consists of various tests, including a psychological test, group discussion, and personal interview.
Based on the performance in the written test and SSB interview, the final merit list is prepared. The candidates who clear both stages of the exam and make it to the merit list are recommended for admission to the respective academies.
