Eligibility Criteria:-

For Science Subjects:-

Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

You have to pass three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

OR

Passed Two years of Vocational Course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Maths from State Education Boards/Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course)

For Other than Science Subjects:-

Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any subject approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as a COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed two years vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.

How to Fill Indian Airforce Agniveer Vayu 01/2022

1. The Indian Air Force has issued a notification for the Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2022 Recruitment 2022. Candidates may apply between June 24, 2022, and July 5, 2022.
2. Photographic Instructions: Passport-size recent colour photos (taken no earlier than April 2022) of 10 KB to 50 KB (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs).
3. The photograph will be shot with the candidate holding a black slate in front of his chest with his name and the date of the photograph plainly written in capital letters in white chalk on it.
4. Candidates must read the notification before applying for the Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2022 Online Form 2022.
5. Please check and collect all documents – eligibility, ID proof, address details, and basic information.
6. Please have ready scan documents related to the recruitment form – photo, signature, ID proof, and so forth.
7. Before submitting the application form, please carefully study the preview and all columns.
8. If a candidate is required to pay an application fee, they must submit their application. If you do not have the required application fees, your form is incomplete.

Advantages of joining the Airforce as Agniveer Vayu:-

The candidates who are inducted as AGNIVEER VAYU in the Indian Airforce under the Agnipath scheme will get several advantages.

• When an Agniveer Vayu completes his entire service in a better way, then he is given a total of 11 lakh 71 thousand rupees.
• The salary of the candidates will continuously increase every year during the 4 years.
• If a candidate joins the Indian Armed Forces after class XII, he/she will get a graduation degree after 4 years.
• After 4 years of service, the candidate will also be taught skills to become self-reliant by the Indian Armed Forces.
• After serving in the Airforce as Agniveer Vayu, candidates will be given a separate quota of 10% in various departments of the Indian Armed Forces.
• By joining the Indian Airforce as Agniveer Vayu, candidates will get a chance to serve the nation for 4 years.
• During the service, the candidate will also be provided with all the facilities available to the Indian soldiers like canteen facility, allowance, travelling allowance, etc.
• More than 25% of the candidates who have completed 4 years of service will be inducted into the Indian Airforce as permanent.
• No candidate can leave Indian parties without completing 4 years of service.
• If a candidate becomes Agniveer Vayu after the 10th class, then after 4 years he will also get a 12th class certificate.
• 30 days leave every year as well as medical leave and other necessary leave available to the candidates joining the Indian Airforce as Agniveer Vayu.
• Insurance of Rs 45 lakh will also be given to the jawans working as Agniveer Vayu.
