National Defense Academy 2020 Passing Parade:
Passing Out Parade of NDA is one of the best parade ever, candidates who have done their training in the academy now they will be doing the NDA passing out parade, in this parade they will perform all the drills they have learnt and one in the academy and after this parade they will be allotted their duty with the rank and insignia.
The NDA is located in Khadakwasla, Pune, Maharashtra. It is the first tri-service academy in the world. The NDA campus is located about 17 km south-west of Pune city, north-west of Khadakwasla Lake with the Sinhagad Fort. It spans 7,015 acres which are donated by the Government of the former Bombay State. While many states had offered land for a permanent place for the Academy but Bombay got the honor.
The Life of the cadets inside the academy is just too awesome. The training at the academy is so fast and intense that the time seems to be flying here. Despite having strict schedule cadets get time to watch the latest Hindi and English movies. During the short day in the academy, a cadet learns to live his life with passion and discipline. NDA Passing Out Parade 2020 :
In the year 2020 and NDA 139th passing Out Parade was held on Saturday (07 November 2020). 217 cadets have participated in the passing out parade. The 217 passing out cadets included 49 cadets in the science stream, 113 cadets in the computer science stream, and 55 cadets in the Arts stream. Twelve cadets from friendly foreign countries were also awarded degrees.
The fourth batch of BTech course, comprising 45 naval cadets and 35 Air Force cadets, also received course completion certificates. They will continue the fourth year of their BTech curriculum at their respective service academies. Due to the corona Virus Safety Precautions. Parents Could not be invited but the complete parade was live telecast on television.
The convocation ceremony was held at the Habibullah Hall of the Academy and Dr Nitin R Karmalkar, Vice-Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University, who was the chief guest, congratulated the cadets for undergoing the training with dedication and hard work.

Cadets get trained at the National Defense Academy for 3 years, and these 3 years would be divided into six semesters after passing these all semester successfully you will be allowed graduation degree B.tech/Bsc/B. a from the JNU, New Delhi. After that, you will be sent to your respected wings whatever you select like for army cadets Indian Military Academy (IMA), for air force cadets Air Force Academy (AFA), for navy cadets Indian Naval Academy (INA) and here you will be trained for 2 years. And here you will be trained about your duties, about your responsibility, etc. after the pass this successfully there would be a Passing Out parade after this you will be posted as an officer in your respected branch.
