Paper Pattern of the CDS 1 2021 Written Exam

For the other wings except for OTA:

• For the correct answer, you will be awarded 1-marks
• There is also negative marking for the Wrong answer, 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong attempt.

How to calculate marks in CDS Answer Key 1 2021

First of all, take your question paper and download the respective set answer key and for further check below-

1. Start with checking the questions you have done in the question paper of the CDS 1 2021 exam.
2. Check the question paper set that you have.
3. Now open the answer key of the question paper set that you have.
4. Now on a rough sheet, write down how many answers that you have marked in the exam are correct and how many are wrong.
5. Then once you get the number of correct and wrong questions done by you in the examination, but the values in the formula below:

1 X (no. of correct answers) – (1/3) X (no. of wrong answers)

1. Go to upsc.gov.in.
2. The candidates have to look for the official answer key link that flashes on the home page.
3. Click on the link and the PDF file opens on the next page.
4. The candidates need to save the PDF file in their device(mobile or laptop) and check the answers.
