Hello aspirants of NDA-II 2019, as you guys know that UPSC has released notification on 07/08/2019 for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination-II. Eligible candidates may apply for this examination. Here we are going to share detail information about How to Apply For National Defence Academy-II Examination 02/2019. Please read the detail eligibility criteria for NDA-II examination.
How to apply for National Defence Academy-II 02/2019:-

Candidates are required to apply online by using the website upsconline.nic.in. It is advised that apply the form before the 03/09/2019 (last date for the application). We are sharing the detail process of application of How to Apply For National Defence Academy-II Examination 02/2019.
The filling of online application contains two parts.
Part-I (registration):-
The candidate will have to fill basic information like name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, Phone number, Mail ID, Marital Status and Address Etc. On submission of details, the candidate will be prompted to check the details and make the correction, if any, in the application.
While registration you need to provide active mail id because commission may communicate with you through electronic communication.
After successfully registration you will receive registration ID and Password on your registered mail id and phone no. By using this ID and Password you can complete your part-II registration.
Part-II:-
In this part, you have to fill up payment details (except for fee exempted candidates), selection of examination Centre, uploading of Photograph, Signature, Photo Identity Card Document and Declaration.
Note:-Registration of Part-I and Part-II will be treated as valid 07-08-2019 to 03-09-2019 (6:00 PM)
Instruction for Photo:-
- Scanned photograph should be in JPG format
- The digital size of the file should not exceed 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB
- Resolution 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) minimum and 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height) maximum.
- Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit.
Instruction for Signature:-
- After uploading your photograph then upload your scanned signature in JPG format.
- The digital size of each file should not exceed 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB
- Resolution 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) minimum , 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height) maximum
- Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit.
Instruction for Photo ID:-
- Your photo identity card document in PDF format only.
- The digital size of the PDF file should not exceed 300 KB and must not be less than 20 KB
Note:- Candidate should also have details of one photo ID viz. Adhar Card/ Voter Card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ School Photo ID. The details of this photo ID will have to be provided by the candidate while filling up the online application form. The same photo ID card will also have to be uploaded with the Online Application Form. This photo ID will be used for all future referencing and the candidate is advised to carry this ID while appearing for examination/SSB.

Payment can be done through two processes:-
- By cash through SBI bank challan
- By online through SBI Net Banking/Debit or credit card
- Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip this step.
To pay by cash, Candidate should take the print out of SBI Challan generated online after submission of registration. The candidate may go to the nearest SBI branch for depositing of the fee within 24 hours of generation of challan.
“Pay by Cash” mode option will be deactivated at 23.59 hours of 02-09-2019 i.e. one day before the closing date. However, applicants who have generated their Pay-in-slip before it is de-activated may pay at the counter of SBI Branch during banking hours on the closing date of application.

What to do? When you want to change in your application form after submission:-
Candidates may please note that changes are not allowed in the online application, once it is submitted. If you wish to make any changes, you may submit a fresh application with requisite revision by the last date for receipt of application i.e. 03-09-2019 (6:00 P.M.).
Your registration-id for latest completely submitted application will be considered for processing and all earlier submitted applications will stand cancelled. It is also advised that the email-id and mobile number must be retained for future references.
