Important Dates to Remember
- Online Application Starting Date: 16th July 2019
- Last Date to Apply: 14th August 2019
Judge Advocate General Branch or JAG Entry is for all law graduates, including males and females who are dreaming to join the Indian Army Judge Advocate General Branch. There is no written exam for this entry. Shortlisted candidates will directly face the SSB Interview round.
JAG Entry 24th Course Notification
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Candidates must be aged between 21-27 years (born between 2nd January 1993 and 1st January 1999.)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have scored 55% marks in LLB graduation degree (3 years professional after graduation or 5 years after 12th Standard). Moreover, candidates must be eligible to register with Bar Council of India/State. Candidates having studies in the college or university which are not recognized by the Bar Council of India will not be eligible.
If you are eligible, simply apply for the JAG Entry 24th Course between 16th July and 14th August 2019.

- Visit www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- On the officers’ row, click on Apply/Login.
- Follow the instructions and fill all the details.
- After entering the details, the official website of Indian Army will show you the list of entries available.
- Check the entire application form again and submit the application, save the application and take 2 printouts of the application for future use.
