Navy B.Tech Entry physical Standard 2021.
Friends, the Indian Navy has submitted the notification of the application for Navy B.Tech Entry for unmarried male candidates. Through this entrance examination, the selected candidates will be offered a B.Tech degree course for 4 years at the Indian Naval Academy, Izhimala, Kerala. Eligibility Conditions:-
- Age limit: – The age of the candidate should be between 17 years to 19 years. The candidate must be born between 2 January 2002 and 1 January 2004.
- educational qualification:Candidates who have secured minimum 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in the examination of 12th or its equivalent. Can fill this application form. Additionally, a minimum of 50% marks in English subject must be compulsory.
- Who can apply: – Only those candidates who have qualified in the JEE Main 2020 examination are eligible to fill this application form.The applications applied will be shortlisted for the Short Service Selection Board.

To join Navy B.Tech Entry, candidates have to fulfill the criteria of eye sight. The criteria for eye position are as follows.

- Candidates who use glasses permanently cannot apply in Navy B.Tech Entry.
- It is considered ineligible to apply in Navy B.Tech Entry after laser surgery.
- Candidates who have undergone cataract surgery in their eyes also cannot fill this application form.
- Candidates with color blindness are not eligible for Navy B.Tech Entry.
Ineligible criteria in medical test of Navy B.Tech Entry
Due to some of the common diseases given below, candidates are considered ineligible to join Navy B.Tech Entry. Therefore, candidates are advised to get tests done for the treatment of all these people before appearing in the medical test of Navy B.Tech Entry.
- Wax deposition in ears.
- Underweight or overweight
- Chest size is not correct
- Nasal bone curvature
- Candidates with hydrocele or phimosis
- Piles

- Gynecomastia
- Varicosele
Objection due to internal and external diseases
Due to internal and external diseases given below, candidates are not selected in Navy B.Tech Entry Medical Test.
- Enlarged liver
- If the candidate is suffering from hunchback.
- Candidates suffering from knee pain
- Hernia-prone candidates
- Candidates suffering from skin diseases
- Scoliosis candidates
- Any type of disease in the abdomen
- When suffering from heart and blood related diseases
- In the presence of any disease in the urine.
- Feet flat

The selected candidates will be distributed among the Education, Executive and Technical Branches of the Indian Navy on completion of their course at INA. The branch-wise vacancies are as under:-

Note:–
- Only one application is to be filled by a candidate.
- Candidates may apply for Branch (1) or (2) or (both).
- Candidates will be shortlisted for SSB based on their first preference.
- If not shortlisted for the first preference you may be considered for an alternate branch subject to the availability of spare slots in SSB batches of that Branch.
- Once shortlisted for a branch, subsequent stages of the selection process (SSB, medical & Merit List) will be exclusively for that branch.
- If a candidate has opted for only one branch he will not be considered for another branch despite being on merit.
